摘  要:为解决严寒地区建筑冬季室内新风不足且传统通风方式能耗过大的问题,提出了一种基于土壤-空气换热器的新风系统,对其全年运行性能进行了实验与分析。实验台搭建于哈尔滨松北区一办公建筑中,通过对空气温湿度,土壤温度,系统耗电量等参数的监测验证了系统可行性。结果表明,土壤-空气换热器新风系统可有效在严寒地区全年运行,独立为室内提供处理好的新鲜空气。供暖季运行期间,无辅助加热措施的情况下,系统最低送风温度为13. 1℃,制热工况下土壤-空气换热器平均升温达12. 4℃,最大升温幅度为21. 9℃,最大换热量达8 271 W,且室外温度越低,土壤-空气换热器制热性能越好,以最大风量连续运行一周时换热器仍可保证平均换热效率在67. 7%;过渡季及夏季运行期间土壤-空气换热器起到降温效果,在保证新风供给的同时为室内提供了免费冷量。同时,通过对本系统与传统空气源新风处理机组经济分析对比,得到动态回收期仅为2. 38 a,说明系统具有良好的经济型,适合工程应用推广。In order to deal with the insufficiency of indoor fresh air during winter as well as saving energy consumption in severe cold regions,a fresh air system based on the earth-air heat exchanger(EAHE)has been proposed in this paper to analyze the annual performance by experimental methods.An experiment table was established inside an office building at Songbei district,Harbin.Various parameters,such as air status,soil temperature,system power consumption were monitored to verify the feasibility of the system.Results show that the system can operate all year round and effectively process the fresh air to an acceptable level without any auxiliary equipment.The lowest air supply temperature during heating season is 13.1℃,while the average temperature promotion of the EAHE part can reach up to 12.4℃ with the largest temperature rise of 21.9℃ and the maximum heating capacity of 8271 W.What’s more,the lower the outdoor temperature,the better performance of the EAHE.Even under limit-test operation mode,the EAHE can still maintain an average heat transfer efficiency beyond 67.7%.When operated under transition and cooling season,system can provide extra cooling apart from providing fresh air indoors.Economical analysis between the proposed system and a traditional air-source fresh airhandling unit show that the dynamic payback time is only 2.38 years,indicating that the system is economical and applicable for engineering application and popularization.
