摘  要:为对比研究建筑应用热反射涂料屋面和种植屋面的室内空调能耗水平,选取厦门市同安区某宿舍楼内三个户型和面积一致、围护结构材料相同且同一朝向的顶层相邻房间作为测试平台进行现场测试,测试结果表明:夏季空调24小时运行工况下,热反射涂料屋面和种植屋面房间日均耗电量分别比普通涂料屋面房间少0. 037 k W·h/m^2、0. 036 k W·h/m^2;夏季空调夜间运行工况下,热反射涂料屋面和种植屋面房间日均耗电量分别比普通涂料屋面房间少0. 056 k W·h/m^2、0. 097 k W·h/m^2。热反射涂料屋面和种植屋面均可减少室内空调耗电量,具有一定的节能效果,种植屋面房间在夜间节能效果更明显。In order to study the energy consumption level of indoor air conditioning with the heat reflective coating roof and with the planting roof,three adjacent rooms with the same size,the same enclosure structure material and the same orientation in a dormitory building in Tong'an District of Xiamen were selected as test platforms for field test.The test results show,upon testing the heat reflective coating roof and planting roof under 24 hours operation condition of air conditioning in summer,the daily average power consumption of roofing rooms are 0.037 kW·h/m^2 and 0.036 kW·h/m^2 less than that of ordinary paint roofing rooms,respectively;while the daily average power consumption of heat reflective paint roofing and planting roofing rooms are 0.056 kW·h/m^2 and 0.097 kW·h/m^2 less than that of ordinary paint roofing rooms,respectively,under night operation conditions of air conditioning in summer.Heat reflective coating roof and planting roof can reduce the power consumption of indoor air conditioning with a certain energy-saving effect.A significant energy-saving effect can be witnessed in the planting roof room at night.
