摘  要:多台冷水机组联合运行的系统中,冷水机组的部分负荷性能对系统运行至关重要,COP表达方式的差异对模型有不可忽视的影响。本文对冷水机组COP与部分负荷率的四种表达方式进行拟合,以系统能耗最优为目标,在满足冷水机组出力约束和部分负荷率约束的条件下,从供冷量占比、能耗占比、COP均值和拟合优度等四方面对不同COP表达方式的适用性进行分析。结合某建筑进行实例计算,利用GAMS平台BARON求解器进行优化求解。结果表明:COP与部分负荷率表达方式采用二次曲线时拟合优度最高;不同COP表达方式下系统能耗的最大变化率为14. 53%;冷水机组1供冷量占比、能耗占比、COP均值和拟合度的最大变化率分别为10. 74%、8. 86%、12. 03%和49. 44%;冷水机组2的供冷量占比、能耗占比、COP均值和拟合度的最大变化率分别为14. 05%、11. 75%、15. 38%和40. 00%。In a system with the joint operation of multiple water chillers,partial load performance of the chillers is critical to the operation of the system,and the difference in COP expression has a significant impact on the model.In this paper,four expressions of COP and partial load rate of chillers were fitted with an aim of the optimal system energy consumption.Under the condition of meeting the constraints of chiller output and partial load rate,the applicability of different COP expression patterns was analyzed from four aspects,including cooling capacity ratio,energy consumption ratio,COP average value and goodness of fit.Combining with a building for example calculation,the BARON solver in the GAMS platform was used for optimization.The results show that the highest goodness of fit can be achieved in the value of COP and partial load rate expression using the quadratic curve;the maximum change rate of system energy consumption is 14.53% under different COP expressions;the maximum change rates of cooling capacity ratio,energy consumption ratio,COP average value and goodness of fit of the chiller 1 are 10.74%,8.86%,12.03% and 49.44%,respectively;,while the maximum change rates of energy cooling capacity ratio,consumption ratio,COP average value and goodness of fit of the chiller 2 are 14.05%,11.75%,15.38%and 40.00%,respectively.
