2015-2017年国内部分猪场猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒抗体监测分析

摘　　要：为了更好得了解我国猪场猪繁殖与呼吸道综合征(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)免疫水平,本试验利用ELISA方法对2015-2017年国内2 012个猪场PRRSV抗体进行监测,结果发现2015-2017年平均抗体阳性率逐年升高,由2015的75.6%逐步升至2017年的81.3%,根据不同区域检测发现2015-2017年3年抗体阳性率平均值华东地区最高82.9%,西南最低74.1%;不同阶段猪群抗体阳性率检测显示种猪群抗体阳性率最高3年内的阳性率在83.7%~87.6%之间;对2015-2017年不同分布区间抗体比例显示:S/P值主要分布于:0.4~2.0区间内,但小于0.4的区间比例次之,大于3.5区间比例最小。由此可以推测随着养殖场对PRRS的重视,我国整体对其防控水平也在逐年提高。In order to determine the immune situation of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS),ELISA method was adopted to surve illance the antibody against PRRSV of pigs in 2 012 farms across China from 2015 to 2017.The results showed that the average antibody level increased year by year from 75.6% in 2015 to 81.3% in 2017.During 2015 to 2017,the average antibody level in East China was highest(82.9%) among all seven districts of China,while that in Southwest turned out to be the lowest(74.1%);the antibody level of breeding pigs was 83.7%-87.6%,which was highest among all pigs of different growing periods.The results of antibody level in different intervals indicated that the S/P value of samples was mostly distributed between 0.4 and 2.0,less was lower than 0.4 and least was higher than 3.5.Therefore,speculation was made that with increasing attention paid to PRRS in pig farms,the overall ability of prevention and control on PRRS in China was improving year by year correspondingly.
