摘  要:针对开河期河流凌汛监测手段的不足,设计了一种可用于野外极端低温环境的河道定点冰凌图像监测系统,介绍了系统的组成及工作过程,探讨了对所采集冰凌图像的校准算法优化问题,进而获得了相对准确的观测区域河道水面冰凌密度数据。系统于2015年12月-2016年5月部署在黑龙江漠河县北极广场(53°28′43″N,122°21′38″E)的防洪堤上,在汛期有效获取了流冰密度分布、流速等相关参数,为提高该河段凌汛测报的精度提供了一种有效的技术装备。Aiming at the lack of ice flood monitoring approaches during the melt season,a fixed-point ice image monitoring system was designed,which was used in extremely low-temperature environments for field.The system composition and working process were reported,and the optimization of the correction algorithm of the collected images was studied.Moreover,the relatively accurate ice density data of the river surface at the testing site was obtained.We deployed this monitoring system on the floodwall(53°28′43″N,122°21′38″E)of the Beiji Square in Mohe County,Heilongjiang Province from December 2015 to May 2016.The results indicate that the relevant parameters such as ice density and flow rate were effectively obtained during the ice flood season.The system is proved to be an effective technical equipment for improving the accuracy of the ice flood forecast in this section.
