老年公寓公共空间疗愈性设计研究——以亲和源老年公寓为例

摘　　要：探索疗愈环境的设计方法在老年公寓公共空间的具体应用。首先从疗愈环境的设计要素入手,归纳为自然疗愈、人文疗愈、空间疗愈的三方面的因素。接着,选取亲和源康桥老年公寓和亲和源迎丰老年公寓的公共空间,进行实地的调查研究,分析得到疗愈性设计特点。总结出老年公寓公共空间中的归属性、安全性、便捷性、互动性的四种疗愈性设计原则和方法。探讨出的疗愈性设计因素和设计原则,可以为老年人提供增强自尊、自重、自爱感受的居住环境,增加社会联系,适宜新时代。Explore the specific application of the design methods of the healing environment in the public space of the elderly apartment.First of all,start with the design elements of the healing environment.There are three factors have been summarized are natural healing,human healing and space healing.Then,survey and research the public place of Qin He Yuan Kang Qiao elderly Apartment and the Qin He Yuan Ying Feng elderly Apartment.Then analyze two different types of healing design characteristics.Summarize the four healing design principles and methods.Those are attribution,safety,convenience and interactivity in the public space of the elderly apartment.Explore healing design factors and design principles.It can enhance self-esteem,self-respect and self-love for the elderly,and it can also increase social connections and suit the new era.
