多层螺旋CT增强扫描对闭合性肠和肠系膜损伤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT增强扫描方法在闭合性肠和肠系膜损伤临床诊断中的应用效果。方法将62例闭合性肠和肠系膜损伤患者分为观察组(多层螺旋CT增强扫描)和对照组(常规CT扫描)各31例,对比两组患者的诊断结果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的诊断符合率相对更高。与CT平扫相比,多层螺旋CT增强扫描的腹腔游离气体显示率、腹腔积液显示率、肠壁增厚显示率、肠间积液显示率的显示率相对更高。结论在闭合性肠和肠系膜损伤的临床诊断中,多层螺旋CT增强扫描是一种高效、准确的诊断方法,其检查结果对于临床治疗具有重要的参考价值。Objective to explore application effect of multi-slice spiral CT in clinical diagnosis of closed intestinal and mesenteric injury.Methods divide 62 cases closed intestinal and mesenteric injury patients into observation group(MSCT enhanced scan)and control group(routine CT scan),31 cases in each group.Compare diagnosis results of two groups.Results diagnosis coincidence rate of observation group was higher than control group.MSCT enhanced scan has higher display rate of free gas,ascites,thickening of intestinal wall and inter intestinal effusion than CT plain scan.Conclusion multi-slice spiral CT enhanced scan is an efficient and accurate diagnostic method in clinical diagnosis of closed intestinal and mesenteric injury,whose results have important reference value for clinical treatment.
