替诺福韦酯与恩替卡韦对慢性乙型肝炎初治疗患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的比较使用替诺福韦酯、恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎(以下简称“慢性乙肝”)的效果。方法将本院2016年9月至2018年5月收治的98例慢性乙肝患者为研究对象,随机分成以下两组:观察组与对照组各49例。予以对照组患者使用恩替卡韦治疗,予以观察组患者使用替诺福韦酯,观察两组乙型肝炎E抗原(HBeAg)转换率与转阴率,同时治疗前后均检测两组患者乙肝病毒(HBV)DNA指标水平。结果治疗3个月、6个月两组患者均有一定的HBeAg转换率与HBeAg转阴率,各时间段对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后1个月及2个月,两组患者血清HBV DNA水平均降低,组间差异不显著(P>0.05),而治疗3个月、6个月观察组指标水平则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床中采取替诺福韦酯与恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙肝初治患者均有良好效果,但相比之下替诺福韦酯的远期疗效更理想。Objective to compare effect of tenofovir dipivoxil and entecavir in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods treat 98 cases chronic hepatitis B patients admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to may 2018 as research objects.Divide them into following two groups randomly:observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.Control group was treated with entecavir,and observation group with tenofovir dipivoxil.Observe conversion rate and negative rate of hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)in two groups,detect level of hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA index in two groups before and after treatment.Results 3 and 6 months after treatment,two groups showed some certain extent of HBeAg conversion rate and HBeAg negative rate,each time period comparison showed no significant difference(P>0.05);compared with before treatment,serum HBV DNA level of two groups decreased in 1 and 2 months after treatment,difference was not significant between two groups(P>0.05),index level of observation group was significantly lower 3 and 6 months after treatment than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion both tenofovir dipivoxil and entecavir can achieve good effect in treatment of chronic hepatitis B,but tenofovir dipivoxil has better long-term effect.
