两种肠内营养途径及护理在ICU机械通气老年患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析两种肠内营养途径及护理在ICU机械通气老年患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月年我院ICU内行机械通气治疗的120例老年患者,并随机平均分成对照组与观察组,其中对照组给予鼻胃管营养支持,观察组给予鼻肠管营养支持,观察对比两组应用效果。结果营养支持前,两组患者各营养指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05),营养支持2周后,观察组各营养指标均明显优于对照组,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);营养支持期间观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU内机械通气老年患者给予鼻肠管营养支持并实施针对性护理措施可有效改善患者营养状况,并能明显降低并发症发生率,具有明显应用优势,可在临床中进行推广。Objective to explore and analyze application effect of two enteral nutrition ways and nursing in elderly ICU patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods choose 120 cases elderly ICU patients treated with mechanical ventilation in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018,divide them into control group and observation group randomly.Control group was treated with nasogastric tube nutrition support,and observation group with nasogastric tube nutrition support.Observe and compare application effect of two groups.Results nutritional indicators showed no statistical difference between two groups before nutritional support(P>0.05).Two weeks after nutritional support,nutritional indicators of observation group were significantly better than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);complications incidence in observation group during nutritional support was significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion nasogastric tube nutritional support and targeted nursing measures can improve nutritional status of ICU elderly patients with mechanical ventilation effectively,and reduce complications incidence,with obvious application advantages,which can be promoted in clinical practice.
