观察采用PDCA循环教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者自我护理能力和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者护理中,应用PDCA循环教育的效果,以及对患者自我护理能力和生活质量的影响。方法选择我院自2016年1月至2018年2月收治的300例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组法将其分为参照组和实验组;比较两组结果,以及患者的自我护理能力和生活质量情况。结果实验组患者的护理满意率为96.67%,明显比参照组的72.00%高,实验组患者的自我护理能力较好,且生活质量相较于对照组患者更高,组间均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在COPD患者护理中,应用PDCA循环教育的效果良好,可显著改善其自我护理能力和生活质量,故值得推广。Objective to explore effect of PDCA circular education in nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients,and influence on self-care ability and life quality of patients.Methods choose 300 cases COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 as research objects.Divide them into reference group and experimental group randomly.Compare results of two groups,and self-care ability and life quality of patients.Results satisfaction degree of experimental group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 72.00%of reference group.Self-care ability of experimental group was better,and life quality was higher than control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circular education can achieve good effect and improve self-care ability and life quality of COPD patients significantly,which is worthy of promotion.
