静脉留置针在老年患者CT增强扫描中的应用及护理

摘　　要：目的:分析静脉留置针专项强化护理在CT增强扫描对老年受检者的应用效果。方法:择取2019年1月至2019年4月于深圳市第二人民医院接受CT增强扫描的老年受检者80例为研究样本,以随机数字表法施加等量均分,获得静脉留置针一般护理组与静脉留置针专项强化护理组各40例,对两组接受不同模式静脉留置针护理后在不良反应发生比例与检查护理服务满意比例的差异度加以比较分析。结果:静脉留置针专项强化护理组CT增强扫描老年受检者干预后的相关不良反应发生比例显著低于一般护理组受检者,检查护理满意比例显著高于一般护理组受检者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:静脉留置针在CT增强扫描老年受检者中具备较高的适用性,对该类受检者的静脉留置针护理进行专项强化有利于降低不良反应发生比例,提升受检查护理的认可度。Objective To explore the application effect of special nursing care of intravenous indwelling needle in elderly patients with enhanced CT scanning.Methods 80 senior subjects received CT enhanced scan from January 2018 to April in Shenzhen second people’s hospital were selected as the study samples,and the equal scores were applied by the random number table method.40 cases of the intravenous indwelling needle general nursing group and the special intensive nursing group with venous indwelling needle were obtained.The adverse reaction of the two groups after the different type of intravenous indwelling needle nursing was received.A comparative analysis was made between the incidence and the satisfaction ratio of the examination and nursing service.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the elderly patients with CT enhanced scan was significantly lower than those in the general nursing group,and the proportion of nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than those in the general nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion the intravenous indwelling needle has a high applicability in the CT enhanced scan of the elderly,and the special strengthening of the intravenous indwelling needle care for the examiner is beneficial to reduce the proportion of adverse reactions and improve the degree of acceptance of the examination and nursing.
