摘　　要：目的研究丙肝患者血清抗-HCV和HCV RNA检测效果分析。方法选择我院于2018年9月至2019年4月进行诊治的丙肝患者150例,由于检测方式不同分为两组均75例,其中对照组实施血清抗-HCV,研究组实施HCV RNA检测,观察两组患者检测阳性率、抗-HCV定量值与HCV-RNA检出率的关系。结果研究组阳性率54.67%与对照组56.00%之间,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。其中抗-HCV定量值≤20s/co阳性率达到46.43%,抗-HCV定量值在20-阳性率为60.98%,抗-HCV定量值在60-阳性率为90.00%,抗-HCV定量值≥100阳性率为92.31%,随着抗-HCV定量值的增大,HCV-RNA阳性率也在不断提高。结论对于疑似丙肝患者,均可采取血清抗-HCV和HCV RNA检测,检测准确率较高,在临床工作可将两种检测方式同时使用,有利于提升患者治疗效果,值得应用。Objective to analyze effect of serum anti HCV and HCV RNA detection in hepatitis C patients.Methods choose 150 cases hepatitis C patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2018 to April 2019,divide them into two groups based on different detection methods.Among them,75 cases in control group were treated with serum anti HCV,and study group with HCV RNA.Observe relationship between positive detection rate,quantitative value of anti HCV and detection rate of HCV-RNA.Results positive rate was 54.67%in study group and 56.00%in control group,with no significant difference between groups,(P>0.05).Among them,positive rate of anti HCV quantitative value≤20s/CO reached 46.43%,positive rate of anti HCV quantitative value 20-was 60.98%,positive rate of anti HCV quantitative value 60-was 90.00%,positive rate of anti HCV quantitative value≥100 was 92.31%.With increase of anti HCV quantitative value,positive rate of HCV RNA was increasing.Conclusion serum anti HCV and HCV RNA detection can achieve high accuracy for suspected hepatitis C patients.In clinical work,two detection methods can be applied at the same time,which is conducive to improving treatment effect of patients,and worthy of application.
