中药塌渍在肉芽肿性乳腺炎中的作用

摘　　要：目的研究中药塌渍在肉芽肿性乳腺炎(GLM)中的作用。方法选取我院216例GLM患者(2018年1月至2018年12月),采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=108)和研究组(n=108)。对照组采用局部注射曲安奈德治疗,研究组采用局部注射曲安奈德联合中药塌渍治疗。治疗3周后,对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后病灶最大直径、乳房疼痛程度(VAS评分)。结果研究组治疗总有效率[97.22%(105/108)]高于对照组[86.11%(93/108)](P<0.05);治疗后,两组病灶最大直径、VAS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药塌渍能显著减小GLM患者病灶直径,减轻乳房疼痛程度,提高治疗效果。Objective to study effect of traditional Chinese medicine sloughing on granulomatous mastitis(GLM).Methods choose 216 cases GLM patients(January 2018 to December 2018),divide them into control group(n=108)and study group(n=108)rando mLy.Control group was treated with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide,while study group with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with traditional Chinese medicine.After 3 weeks of treatment,compare curative effect,the largest lesions diameter before and after treatment,and breast pain degree(VAS scores)between two groups.Results total effective rate of study group[97.22%(105/108)]was higher than control group[86.11%(93/108)](P<0.05).After treatment,maximum diameter of lesions and VAS scores of two groups were lower than before,and those of study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine sloughing can reduce focus diameter of GLM patients significantly,reduce breast pain degree,and improve treatment effect.
