焦虑症患者护理中亲情护理的干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析亲情护理在护理焦虑症患者中的干预效果。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月于我院接受治疗的74例焦虑症患者作为分析对象,按照入院的先后顺序将74例焦虑症患者分为两组,一组实施常规护理将其分为参照组,另一组在常规护理基础上联合亲情护理分为实验组,每组各有患者37例。将两组患者护理后的护理满意度以及护理前后焦虑评分进行对比。结果实验组患者护理满意度为(97.30%),高于参照组患者(67.57%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者护理后焦虑评分低于参照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于患有焦虑症的患者实施亲情护理可有效改善患者的焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度,是一种非常有效的护理模式,在临床中可以起到积极的效果。Objective to analyze intervention effect of kindred-like nursing in anxiety patients nursing.Methods choose 74 cases anxiety patients treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 as analysis objects.According to admission sequence,divide them into two groups,37 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine nursing,experimental group with combining kindred-like nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Compare satisfaction degree after nursing and anxiety scores before and after nursing of two groups.Results satisfaction degree of experimental group was 97.30%,higher than reference group(67.57%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Anxiety scores of experimental group were lower than reference group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion kindred-like nursing can improve anxiety emotion and nursing satisfaction of anxiety patients,which is a effective nursing mode and of positive effect in clinical practice.
