早孕终止药物流产与人工流产的效果比较

摘　　要：目的对比早孕终止药物流产与人工流产的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年9月我院80例要求终止妊娠的初孕患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇行药物流产,观察组行人工流产,对比两组流产效果、疼痛持续时间、出血时间、出血量以及二次清宫率。结果与对照组(75%)对比,观察组(95%)流产总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组出血时间、腹痛持续时间更短,出血量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者二次清宫率为2.50%(1/40),明显低于对照组的15%(6/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早孕终止人工流产的效果优于药物流产,值得推广。Objective to compare effect of drug abortion and induced abortion in early pregnancy.Methods choose 80 cases initial pregnancy patients for terminal pregnancy in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2018.Divide them into two groups rando mLy.Control group was treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol for drug abortion,and observation group with induced abortion.Compare abortion effect,pain duration,bleeding time,bleeding volume and second uterine cleaning rate between two groups.Results total effective rate of abortion in observation group(95%)was higher than control group(75%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),bleeding time and abdominal pain duration in observation group was shorter than control group,and bleeding amount was less,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);secondary uterine cleaning rate in observation group was 2.50%(1/40),significantly lower than 15%(6/40)in control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion early pregnancy termination has better effect than of drug abortion,which is worthy of promotion.
