中成药新生化颗粒治疗药物流产后子宫出血临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析药物流产后子宫出血患者接受中成药新生化颗粒治疗的效果。方法随机将2018年1月至2018年12月140例我院妇产科门诊药物流产后子宫出血患者分为2组,70例为对照组,仅接受左氧氟沙星片实施抗炎治疗,70例为观察组,另外接受中成药新生化颗粒治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组完全流产率为94.29%,对照组91.43%(P>0.05);观察组流产后子宫出血止血优良率为94.29%,对照组80%(P<0.05);观察组药物流产后子宫出血量超过月经量、不足月经量、接近月经量的比重分别为8.57%、21.43%、70.00%,对照组分别为22.86%、8.57%、68.57%。结论中成药新生化颗粒治疗药物流产后子宫出血能够在保证流产成功率的基础上减少子宫出血量,便于子宫复旧,加快患者恢复。Objective to analyze effect of neobiochemical granules in treatment of uterine bleeding after drug abortion.Methods divide 140 cases uterine bleeding patients after medical abortion in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 rando mLy into two groups,70 cases in control group received levofloxacin tablets for antiinflammatory treatment,and 70 cases in observation group with new biochemical granules of Chinese patent medicine.Compare curative effect of two groups.Results complete abortion rate was 94.29%in observation group,and 91.43%in the control group(P>0.05),excellent rate of hemostasis was 94.29%in observation group and 80%in control group(P<0.05);proportion of uterine bleeding over,under and close to menstruation was 8.57%,21.43%,70.00%respectively in observation group after drug abortion,and that in control group was 22.86%,8.57%,68.57%respectively.Conclusion neobiochemical granules of Chinese patent medicine,can reduce uterine bleeding amount,ensure success rate of abortion,facilitate recovery of uterus and accelerate recovery of uterine bleeding patients after drug abortion.
