Objective to observe effect of minimally invasive surgery on pain degree and complications of spinal trauma patients. Methods treat 50 cases spinal trauma patients admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 as research objects.Divide them into two groups with drawing lots method:experimental group and reference group,25 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with traditional surgery, and experimental group with minimally invasive surgery.Compare operation, pain and complications of two groups. Results 1 operation conditions of experimental group were better than those of reference group(P<0.05).2 pain visual analogue scores and pain digital scores of experimental group were lower than those of reference group, with statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05).3 complication incidence of experimental group was 8.00%,lower than reference group(36%),comparison showed(χ^2=5.7110,P=0.0168)between groups. Conclusion minimally invasive treatment can improve clinical effect, relieve postoperative pain, and reduce complications of spinal trauma patients, which can be promoted and applied.
