摘　　要：则欧亚经济一体化是欧亚历史上第一次由多个主权国家自愿开展的深度经济合作、创建统一经济空间的成功实践。其未来发展模式基于成员国对发展和主权面临的新外部挑战做出的适应调整。欧亚经济联盟的制度和活动是国家层面进行这种调整的工具,其发展目标是,通过成员国对内外共同挑战的统一回应来增强成员国国家主权。Eurasian economic integration is the first in the history of the Eurasian space successful project of voluntary in-depth economic cooperation and the creation of a single space of economic activity,implemented by a group of sovereign states.The paradigm of its further development is based on the adaptation of the participating countries to new external challenges to developm ent and sovereignty.The EAEU institutions and activities are the tools of this adaptation at the national-state level.The goal of the EAEU development paradigm is to strengthen the national sovereignty of the participating countries through their joint responses to common challenges inside and out.
