摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化趋势及健康老龄化战略目标的提出,老年人中存在的衰弱问题越来越多地引起重视,衰弱(frailty)成为研究者关注的焦点。本文通过整理国内外近年来发表的文献,主要从衰弱评估及如何干预方面阐述老年衰弱的研究近况,期望能为尽早识别老年衰弱从而对其进行更有效的干预提供参考。With the trend of population aging and the strategic goal of healthy aging in China,the weakness problems in the elderly are paid more and more attention.In this paper,the research status of senile weakness is mainly described from the aspects of weakness assessment and how to intervene.
