拇指离断运用桡动脉浅支重建血运的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析拇指离断运用桡动脉浅支重建血运的疗效。方法2017年2月至2019年2月期间,我院针对拇指再植运用桡动脉浅支重建血运,抽取其中36例患者设置为观察组,抽取采用桡动脉浅支重建血运前予以拇指再植吻合指动脉的36例拇指再植患者设置为对照组,对两组患者临床治疗情况进行分析和对比。结果观察组拇指再植成活率(98.22%)高于对照组(58.33%),对比差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=26.980,P=0.000);观察组2例(5.55%)发生动脉危象,对照组8例(22.22%)发生动脉危象,对比差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=13.852,P=0.000)。结论拇指离断运用桡动脉浅支重建血运临床效果显著,具有积极的临床应用价值。Objective This paper analyzes the effect of reconstructing blood transport with shallow branch of radial artery.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,36 patients with superficial branch of radial artery were selected as observation group and 36 patients with thumb replantation before revascularization with superficial branch of radial artery were selected as observation group.The clinical treatment of the two groups was analyzed and compared.Results The survival rate of thumb replantation in the observation group(98.22%)was higher than that in the control group(58.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=26.980,P=0.000),the arterial crisis occurred in 2 cases(5.55%)in the observation group and 8 cases(22.22%)in the control group(χ2=13.852,P=0.000).Conclusion The application of superficial branch of radial artery in reconstruction of blood flow with amputation of thumb has remarkable clinical effect and has positive clinical application value.
