护理干预对膀胱肿瘤肠造口术患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对膀胱肿瘤肠造口术患者生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2017年6月至2018年1月收治的26例膀胱肿瘤肠造口术患者在常规护理的基础上进行全程的护理干预。结果两组护理前汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMA)、生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)量表评分对比差异无统计学意义,观察组护理后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMA)量表评分下降幅度及生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)量表评分提高幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对于提高膀胱肿瘤肠造口术患者的生活质量效果明显,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with colostomy for bladder tumor.Methods The hospital in 2017 June--2018 year in January 26 cases of bladder tumor in patients with colostomy were the whole course nursing intervention based on routine nursing care.Results Two groups of nursing before Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMD),Hamilton depression scale(HAMA)and the measurement of quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100)rating scale,there was no statistically significant difference compared with the observation group after nursing Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMD),Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMA)scale score decreased and the determination of quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100)rating scale increase is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Eursing intervention can effectivety improve the quality of life of patients with colostomy for bladder tumor and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
