阿司匹林联合地屈孕酮治疗复发性流产的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析阿司匹林联合地屈孕酮治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法选择2015年5月到2018年1月我院诊治的78例复发性流产患者作为研究对象,随机将这78例患者分为观察组和对照组,两组各39例,其中观察组患者接受阿司匹林联合地屈孕酮治疗,对照组患者接受地屈孕酮治疗。观察对比两组患者的妊娠结局。结果通过对调查结果进行对比分析,观察组患者的足月妊娠率要高于对照组,流产率要小于对照组。两组结果有明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对复发性流产的患者使用阿司匹林联合地屈孕酮治疗具有良好的治疗效果,可以有效改善妊娠结局。Objective To explore the clinical effect of aspirin combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods Seventy-eight patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.The 78 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with aspirin combined with dydrogesterone,while the patients in the control group were treated with dydrogesterone.The pregnancy outcome of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Through the comparative analysis of the survey results,the full-term pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the abortion rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with dydrogesterone is effective in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion,which can effectively improve the outcome of pregnancy.
