全程护理对老年慢性心力衰竭伴营养不良患者的干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析全程护理对老年慢性心力衰竭伴营养不良患者的干预效果。方法选择我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的老年慢性心力衰竭伴营养不良患者60例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组(全程护理)和对照组(常规护理),比较两组患者干预后的心功能指标、体重指数、营养不良发生率。结果研究组治疗后心功能指标、体重指数明显优于对照组,营养不良发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程护理能有效改善老年慢性心力衰竭伴营养不良患者的心功能指标、体重指数,提高生活质量,降低患者营养不良的发生几率。Objective To analyze the effect of whole course nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic heart failure and malnutrition.Methods Sixty elderly patients with chronic heart failure and malnutrition admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into study group(whole course nursing)and control group(routine nursing)according to random number table method.Cardiac function index,body mass index and malnutrition incidence after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,cardiac function and body mass index in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the incidence of malnutrition was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wholecourse nursing can effectively improve the cardiac function index,body mass index,quality of life and reduce the incidence of malnutrition in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and malnutrition.
