宫腔镜手术联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析宫腔镜手术联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片应用于子宫内膜息肉的治疗效果。方法随机选取我院于2016年2月至2019年2月,在我院进行子宫内膜息肉治疗的患者共50例,将所有患者随机均分为研究组(25例,采用宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗)与对照组(25例,仅采用宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗),观察比对两组患者治疗结束后治疗效果与并发症发生率情况。结果治疗结束后研究组患者疾病复发率低于对照组、月经恢复有效率高于对照组,且前者并发症发生率较后者更低,两组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对子宫内膜息肉患者实施宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗,可显著降低患者复发率及并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of hysteroscopic operation combined with trospironone ethinylestradiol tablets on endometrial polyps.Methods From February 2016 to February 2019,a total of 50 patients with endometrial polyps in our hospital were randomly selected.All patients were randomly divided into study group(25 cases,treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy combined with trospironone ethinylestradiol tablets)and control group(25 cases,only treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy).The treatment of the two groups was observed and compared The treatment effect and complication rate after treatment.Results After treatment,the recurrence rate of disease in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the effective rate of menstrual recovery was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the former group was lower than that in the latter group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy combined with trospironone ethinylestradiol tablets can significantly reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of complications.
