摘　　要：特种设备整体追溯体系建设相对其它重要产品发展较慢,而其中的游乐设备又因种类繁多、数量大、无统一的编码等原因,在信息采集、传递方面面临较大困难,更加剧了游乐设备质量安全追溯管理的难度,文中从特种设备中游乐设备展开研究,将一维码、二维码及射频自动识别技术(RFID)等多种技术结合,完成对游乐设备全过程编码体系构建,利用RFID快速准确采集信息的特点,对游乐设备的生产、使用、维护过程中的技术参数检验结果,安全状态等信息进行自动处理,从而实现游乐设备安全信息的追踪与追溯,将游乐设备公司、游乐场作为核心企业,原料供应商、质检部门和用户为追溯的节点企业和受众,搭建公共数据服务平台,实现游乐设备对企业、质检、供应商、消费者等角色的信息透明化,最终完成特种设备中游乐设备追溯编码体系构建,论文研究对我国特种设备的安全追溯体系建设有一定的借鉴意义。The overall traceability system of special equipment develops relatively slowly compared with other important products,and the amusement equipment among them is faced with great difficulties in information collection and transmission due to various types,large quantities and not unified coding,which makes the quality and safety traceability management of amusement equipment more difficult.In this paper,the research on amusement equipment from special equipment is carried out,including one-dimensional code.The whole process coding system of amusement equipment is constructed by using two-dimensional code,RFID and other technologie s.With the characteristic s of rapid and accurate collection of information by RFID,the inspection results of technical parameters,safety status and other information in the process of production,use and maintenance of amusement equipment are processed automatically,so as to track and trace the safety information of amusement equipment.Taking the amusement equipment company and amusement park as the core enterprise,and the raw material supplier,quality inspection department and user as the node enterprise and audience for traceability,the paper proposes to build a public data service platform to realize the information transparency of amusement equipment to the role of enterprise,quality inspection,supplier,consumer,etc.,and finally to establish the amusement equipment traceability coding system in special equipment.This paper provides the reference for establishing the safety traceability system.
