摘 要:存量时代背景下,随着更新政策的出台和微更新试点实践的推进,上海城市更新进入新阶段,已初步形成具有上海特色的"城市有机更新"机制。杨浦区四平路街道充分利用同济大学优势学科知识溢出效应,以"四平空间创生行动"为抓手,采用街校合作模式开展针对工人新村社区的空间微更新实践并已取得一定成效。从四平路街道产业空间、人口结构、城市功能三方面,论述高校知识溢出对四平社区微更新的重要推动作用。通过探究"四平空间创生行动"历年来的演进特征,总结四平社区微更新运行机制,梳理不同空间类型下的差异化合作模式,为后续社区空间微更新发展提供反思和参考。In the context of the stock era,with the introduction of the regeneration policy and the promotion of the micro-update pilot practice,Shanghai’s urban regeneration has entered a new stage,and has initially formed the"urban organic regeneration"mechanism with Shanghai characteristics.The Siping Subdistrict in Yangpu District makes full use of the knowledge spillover effect of Tongji University’s advantageous disciplines.Taking the"Siping Space Creation Action"as the starting point,the subdistrict-university cooperation model is used to carry out the spatial microregeneration practice for the workers’new village community and has achieved certain results.This paper discusses the important role of University Knowledge Spillover on the micro-regeneration of Siping community from the three aspects of industrial space,population structure and urban function of Siping subdistrict.By exploring the evolution characteristics of Siping Space Creation Action over the years,this paper summarizes the micro-update operation mechanism of Siping community,sorts out the different cooperation modes under different spatial types,and provides reflection and reference for the follow-up community spatial micro-update development.
