摘　　要：梅林正广和总部大楼(原为正广和汽水厂仓库8号楼)是上海市优秀历史保护建筑,通过对其使用主体的转换分析,得出相应的建筑改造策略,同时对改造前后使用主体共同的历史元素进行保留,使不同的场所保留相同的记忆。The Maling Headquarters building was originally Warehouse 8 of Aquarius Company and is one of the excellent protective historical buildings in Shanghai.By analyzing the conversion of its users,this article draws a corresponding strategy for building renovation.In the practical project with the theory,we intentionally preserve the historical elements common to users both before and after renovating,which endows different spaces with the same memory.
