高层建筑“空中街道”的公共价值认知及其所面临的挑战探析

摘　　要：高密度背景下的城市空间从地面走向立体,高层建筑"空中街道"作为立体化城市空间的一种实现方式应运而生。从高层建筑"空中街道"的创作事实出发,通过对促进交流交往、提高疏散效率、增强协同效应等话题的论证,梳理了其公共价值认知;并从功能、管理及设计两方面分析了公共性缺失导致"空中街道"所面临的挑战。最后,总结了其作为有效连接高层建筑的公共空间必要条件,为"空中街道"现象提供一种探讨的视角。The urban space in the high-density background is from the ground to the three-dimensional,and the high-rise building"air street"has emerged as a realization of the three-dimensional urban space.Based on the creative facts of the"air street"of high-rise buildings,this paper sorts out the public value cognition through the discussion of topics such as promoting exchanges,improving evacuation efficiency,and enhancing synergy;then analyzing through functions,management and design.The lack of publicity has led to the challenge of"air streets".Finally,it summarizes the necessary conditions for the public space to effectively connect highrise buildings,and provides a perspective for the phenomenon of"air street".
