小户型青年住宅“生长型”空间设计策略初探--以杭州市某青年住宅设计为例

摘　　要：面对当前日益严峻的青年住房问题,怀着对未来美好人居模式的向往,小户型的探索早已成为人们的焦点话题。结合青年人居住需求和行为特质,将时间作为基本设计要素引入,提出了适合于小户型青年住宅适应性空间的"生长型"设计策略及其空间设计原则。以杭州市某青年住宅设计为例,将该策略从"生长空间释放""功能转换生长""高度延展生长""使用灵活生长""空间调剂生长""细部内化生长"和"套型外化生长"七个方面展开,衍生了以时间为线索的小户型青年住宅适应性空间推演机制,为城市住宅可持续提供了新的发展方向。Facing the youth housing problems,with hope of a better human settlement model in the future,the exploration of small family housing design has become a popular topic.Based on the needs and behavioral characteristics of young people,time as the basic design element is introduced,and the"growth-oriented"design strategy and its spatial design principles for small-family housing are put forward.Taking a youth housing design of Hangzhou as an example,the strategy can be divided into 7 parts,namely"growth space release","function transformation growth","height extended growth","using flexible growth","space adjust growth","detail internalization growth"and"house external growth",which can produce a process of housing space organic changing mechanism and provide a new development direction for urban residential sustainable.
