清末苏州金银业探析

摘　　要：苏州的金银业虽不是苏州地区的支柱产业,但在清末实业兴商背景下,其日渐繁荣起来。苏州金银业在原有的行业公所之外,还成立了近代化的金银业公司,制定了行业规章,并根据行业发展中遇到的具体问题对规章进行完善。金银业在经营的过程中引起的纠纷案件不仅反映了金银业内部的激烈竞争,而且体现出这一时期商事法律的不足。Although the gold and silver industry in Suzhou used not to be the main industry in Suzhou region,it flourished day by day under the background of industrial prosperity in the late Qing Dynasty.Besides the previous gold and silver industrial administrative office,a modern gold and silver company was also set up,and the industrial rules and regulations were established and perfected according to the specific problems encountered in the development of the industry.The disputes caused by gold and silver industry not only reflected the fierce competition within the gold and silver industry,but also demonstrated the shortcomings of commercial law in this period.
