摘  要:对ANSYS软件进行二次开发,建立截止阀应力分析专用系统,以降低分析难度,提高工作效率。基于ANSYS的两种二次开发工具APDL和UIDL语言,利用UIDL语言建立人机交互图形界面,利用APDL语言进行参数化建模,开发分析截止阀在地震载荷下的应力分析。用户可以通过交互界面主动输入截止阀的尺寸参数、材料参数和载荷信息来改变模型,可完成多种尺寸的截止阀在各种载荷下的应力分析,并自动输出和保存计算结果。该方法降低了建模分析难度,提高了工作效率,为截止阀设计开发和分析提供了一种有效的工具。The purpose of this paper is to develop ANSYS software and establish a special system for stress analysis of globe valve,so as to reduce the difficulty of analysis and improve work efficiency.Based on the two secondary development tools of ANSYS,APDL and UIDL language,the graphical interface of human-computer interaction was established by using UIDL language,parametric modeling was conducted by using APDL language,and the stress analysis of globe valve under seismic load was developed and analyzed.Users can actively input the size parameters,material parameters and load information of globe valve through interactive interface to change the model,which can complete the stress analysis of globe valve of various sizes under various loads,and automatically output and save the calculation results.This method reduces the difficulty of modeling and analysis,improves the work efficiency,and provides an effective tool for globe valve design,development and analysis.
