摘 要:建立了蓝湿革中三氯苯酚(TrCP)含量的气相色谱测定方法。水分含量较高(> 40%)的样品,先经过40℃干燥5 h处理,使水分含量降低至20%~30%;然后采用超声波辅助甲醇萃取2次,萃取液浓缩、过滤后,采用气相色谱(ECD检测器)测定。方法检出限0.4 mg/kg,重复性在1.2%~9.7%,回收率在82%~103%。采用该方法对系列皮革样品进行测定,检出率为40%,最高含量约300 mg/kg。结果反映了TrCP在蓝湿革中残留的显著性。A procedure was established for determining trichlorophenol in wet-blue by gas chromatography withECD. Samples with high water content( >40%)was firstly dehydrated by heating at 40 ℃ for 5 h, to reduce watercontent to 20% ~30%. The dehydrated samples were treated by ultrasound enhanced methanol extraction in two con-secutive steps. The extraction solution was evaporated and filtered by membrane, and directly detected by GC-ECD. The detection limit is 0. 4 mg/kg. The recovery rate is at the range of 82% ~103% and the precision is between 1. 2%~9. 7%. A series of wet-blues were tested and 40% are found containing trichlorophenol with the highest concentra-tion of 300 mg/kg around. The results indicate that the significant occurrence of trichlorophenol in wet-blue.
