摘 要:制备了氧化石墨烯(GO)及甘氨酸改性GO(MGO)用于鞣制皮革,采用FT-IR、XRD、激光粒度仪、AFM、TEM对GO及MGO的化学结构、形貌及尺寸等进行了表征,发现MGO比起GO具有较多含氧化学基团、较小的纳米尺寸和较好的分散性。进行了GO及MGO的鞣制试验,发现GO及MGO用量为0.4%时,鞣制皮革在湿态和干态的收缩温度分别为61.8、68.5℃及72.3、81.7℃,鞣制皮革湿态和干态的收缩温度表征了化学键合和纳米效应鞣制效果,MGO鞣制效果好于GO。同时进行了MGO与铬鞣剂的复合鞣制,使用0.4%的MGO与3%的铬鞣剂鞣制皮革在湿态和干态的收缩温度分别为99.5、112.5℃,达到了6%铬鞣剂的鞣制效果,比常规铬鞣减少铬鞣剂用量50%以上,铬鞣剂的吸收率达到了98%。提出了MGO的鞣制机理,MGO具有化学键合和纳米效应的双重鞣制作用,MGO能够提高铬鞣剂在皮革胶原纤维中的吸收率及鞣制效果,MGO与铬鞣剂具有协同鞣制效果。Graphene oxide(GO)and modified GO with glycine(MGO) were prepared and used for leather tanning. Thechemical structure, micromorphology and size of GO and MGO were characterized with FT-IR, XRD, laser particle size,AFM and TEM. The tested results indicate that MGO have more oxygen-containing groups, small size range and uniformlydistribution compared with GO. The tanning experiments of GO and MGO were carried out with goat skin and the tanning re-sults show that their shrinkage temperature(Ts)in dry and wet state are 68. 5 ℃and 61. 8 ℃ as well as 81. 7 ℃ and 72. 3℃, respectively,when the dosage of GO and MGO are 0. 4%. The tanning results of MGO is better than that of GO. The re-sults show that the Ts of tanned leather with 3% chrome tanning agent and 0. 4% MGO is 112. 5 ℃and 99. 5 ℃ respectivelyin dry and wet state,the tanning effects is equivalent to that of 6% chrome tanning agent. The complex tanning method canreduce consumption of chrome tanning agent by more than 50% and improve the adsorption of chrome tanning agent to 98%.The tanning mechanism of MGO is proposed, it has double tanning effects of chemical binding and nano-effect. Meanwhile,MGO can distinctly improve the adsorption and tanning effects of chrome tanning agent. The MGO exhibits the synergistictanning effects with chrome tanning agent.
