制约健康扶贫的影响因素探析——基于江西省农村贫困老年人免费体检的实地调查

摘　　要：国家正大力开展农村健康扶贫工程,而疾病是导致贫困和脱贫工作不可持续的主要原因。老年人是贫困的高发群体,老年人的健康问题是健康扶贫中亟待重视的一环。文章通过对江西省九江市立新乡、滩溪镇农村老年人的实地调查,运用统计方法分析基于贫困老年人免费体检健康调查的健康扶贫制约因素,提出加快建设互联网+智能系统、加大宣传教育力度、加强公共卫生建设、加大医疗保障力度等建议,以助力国家健康扶贫工程。Now the government is vigorously carrying out poverty alleviation projects in healthcare,and illness is the main reason for poverty and the unsustainable poverty alleviation.The elderly are the population with high incidence of poverty,and the health problem of the elderly is one of the important issues for poverty alleviation in healthcare.Based on the field survey on free health check-up of the rural poor elderly in Lixin Township and Tanxi Township of Jiujiang City,the paper analyzes the restricting factors for poverty alleviation in healthcare with statistical methods and puts forward the suggestions to speed up the construction of Internet plus intelligent system,promote publicity and education,strengthen the development of public health,and intensify health insurance,in order to contribute the efforts to national poverty alleviation projects in healthcare.
