摘　　要：目的了解心脑血管及急诊护士对急诊高血压的认知现状,并分析其影响因素。方法2019年2-3月,便利抽样法选取某三级甲等医院心脑血管及急诊的150名护士为研究对象,采用自制调查问卷对其一般资料、急诊高血压相关知识、接受培训意愿进行调查。结果护士急诊高血压认知现状总分为(63.27±12.92)分。不同年龄、本科室工作年限、现学历、职称、能级的护士,其对急诊高血压认知差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论护士急诊高血压总体认知水平整体偏低,医院应尽快完善急诊高血压相关培训体系,以提高护士的认知水平。Objective To understand the cognition status of emergency hypertension among cardio-cerebrovascular specialists and emergency nurses,and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide basis for the training and continuing education of emergency hypertension nursing knowledge for nurses in hospitals.Methods A total of 150 nurses from cardio-cerebrovascular department and emergency department in a hospital were selected by convenience sampling method,and a self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the general information,emergency hypertension knowledge and training willingness of the subjects.Results A total of(63.27±12.92)points were scored in the questionnaire on the cognition of emergency hypertension among 150 subjects.The results of univariate analysis showed that the age of nurses,years of working in the undergraduate department,current educational background,professional title and energy level had an impact on the cognition of emergency hypertension(all P<0.05).Conclusions The general cognitive level of nurses in emergency hypertension is relatively low.The hospital should improve the training system related to emergency hypertension as soon as possible to improve nurses’cognitive level.
