摘　　要：目的观察某含乙酸抗菌制剂的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验法对某含乙酸抗菌制剂的杀菌效果进行观察。结果该抗菌制剂原液含乙酸150 g/L。用乙酸浓度为37. 5 g/L的该抗菌制剂对悬液内大肠杆菌作用2 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌作用10 min,杀灭率均> 90%。用乙酸浓度为90 g/L的该抗菌制剂对白色念珠菌作用2 min,杀灭率> 90%。结论该乙酸抗菌制剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌有较好的抗菌作用。Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of an antibacterial solution containing acetic acid. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal efficacy of an antibacterial solution containing acetic acid. Results The acetic acid antibacterial stock solution contained 150 g/L of acetic acid. When the antibacterial solution containing 37. 5 g/L of acetic acid was used on Escherichia coli for 2 min and Staphylococcus aureus for 10 min,the killing rates were all > 90%. When the antibacterial solution containing 90 g/L of acetic acid was used on Candida albicans for 2 min,the killing rates was > 90%. Conclusion The acetic acid antibacterial solution has good antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.
