余姚市医疗机构消毒质量监测与风险因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解浙江省余姚市各级医疗机构消毒灭菌质量,分析主要风险因素,为改进医院消毒和控制感染管理提供参考。方法依据GB 15982-2012、GB 15981-1995对医疗机构消毒相关物品进行采样监测。结果 2016-2018年共监测医疗机构各类消毒样品1 125件,消毒质量总合格率87. 29%。其中外科器械、使用中消毒液和压力蒸汽灭菌器监测合格率为100. 00%,医疗机构污水合格率为91. 12%,其他项目合格率均在90%以下,空气、医护人员手和物体表面3项合格率偏低,平均合格率为88. 26%。口腔用水、水龙头和拖把的合格率最低,分别为60. 16%、55. 56%和9. 09%。结论余姚市各级医疗机构消毒质量总体一般,空气、物体表面、医护人员手等需要加以重视,口腔用水、拖把、水龙头等消毒效果急需提高,对非常规物体表面需要加强监督检查。Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions at all levels in Yuyao,Zhejiang Province,so as to analyze the main risk factors,and to provide a reference for improving hospital disinfection and infection management. Methods According to GB 15982-2012 and GB 15981-1995,the disinfection related items in medical institutions were sampled and monitored. Results From 2016 to 2018,a total of 1 125 disinfection samples of various types were monitored in medical institutions,and the total qualified rate of disinfection quality was 87. 29%. Among them,except that the qualified rates of surgical instruments,disinfectants in use,and pressure steam sterilizers were 100. 00% and the qualified rate of sewage of medical institutions was 91. 12%,the qualified rate of others were below 90%. The qualified rates of air,medical staff’s hands and the surface of objects were low,with an average qualified rate of 88. 26%. Oral water,faucets,and mops had the lowest qualified rates,which were 60. 16%,55. 56%,and 9. 09%,respectively. Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions at all levels in Yuyao is generally average. Air,surface of objects,and medical staff’s hands need to be taken seriously. The disinfection effect of oral water,mop,and faucet needs to be improved urgently. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and inspection of the surface of unconventional objects.
