摘  要:通过风洞试验、结构有限元分析和结构配筋设计计算,对某八塔组合冷却塔工程进行系统分析,通过内力加权的方法整合荷载模式多样性的影响,提出以内力加权为准则的冷却塔结构安全评定准则。获得了冷却塔结构空间和时间尺度动态配筋及其包络配筋结果,并与现行规范基于单塔配筋结果进行对比。研究表明,风的脉动效应不可忽略,在配筋层面可以看出其影响不只存在于迎风面,对侧风面与背风面也有显著影响。群塔干扰对塔下部的影响大于对上部的影响,在冷却塔的设计中全塔选择统一的群塔干扰系数与风振系数是不合理的。Finite element analysis and structure reinforcement design of a cooling tower structure with eight tower combined were performed with the help of wind tunnel experiments,considering the diversity of equivalent static wind loadings(ESWLs)based on the commonly-used structural internal force level.Then an improved evaluation criterion was proposed considering the weighted multiple internal forces,and finally extended to construct a novel system for safety evaluation of dynamic reinforcement ratio in time domain.Time-variant reinforcement and corresponding envelope reinforcement results of cooling tower structures were obtained in both space and time domains,and then compared with the envelope reinforcement curves of an isolated tower meeting the requirements of current codes.The study shows the wave effect of the wind cannot be ignored.It can be seen at the reinforcement level that this effect not only exists on the windward side,but also has a significant influence on the lateral and leeward areas.The interference of the towers has a greater impact on the lower part of the tower than on the upper part.In the design of the cooling tower structure,it is unreasonable to select a unified group tower interference coefficient and wind-induced vibration coefficient for the whole structure.A single interference factor suggested by specifications cannot completely cover the interference effects for the overall safety of the cooling tower design,and the proposed design criterion based on the equivalent wind loads from the dynamic reinforcement can reflect the amplification coefficient of the structural windinduced response and achieve the balance between economy and safety of the cooling towers.
