摘　　要：电子文件管理难题最终归结为电子文件信任问题已成为学界共识。双套制管理模式是在电子文件信任匮乏、纸质文件与档案信任惯性双重影响下的无奈选择,从信任角度破解电子文件单套制管理困局是方法论层面的转变。本文从信任的哲学诠释出发,辨析了ICA信任的定义,界定了以"档案价值实现"为取向的档案信任,论述了档案信任关系的基本组成及"一体四面"的基本结构。The problem of electronic records management is ultimately attributed to the trust of electronic records,which has become a consensus in academic circles.The dual-system management mode is a helpless choice under the influence of the lack of trust in electronic records and the inertia of trust in paper documents and archives.It is a methodological change to solve the dilemma of single-system management of electronic records from the perspective of trust.Starting from the philosophical interpretation of trust,this paper clarifies the definition of ICA trust,defines the trust in archives oriented by"the realization of archival value",and discusses the basic composition of its relationship and structure.
