炭黑补强天然橡胶的性能研究

摘  要:本文采用炭黑作为补强剂对各牌号天然橡胶作补强,并将补强前后天然橡胶的性能进行对比,以研究炭黑对于各牌号天然橡胶性能的影响。实验结果表明:炭黑补强天然橡胶的焦烧时间顺序为11^#>10^#>9^#≈12^#,正硫化时间顺序为12^#>11^#>10^#>9^#,硫化速度大小顺序为9^#≈10^#>11^#>12^#,交联密度高低顺序为12^#>10^#>11^#>9^#。炭黑补强使天然橡胶硫化胶的硬度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐磨耗性能和耐疲劳性能上升,断裂伸长率下降。炭黑补强天然橡胶硫化胶的拉伸强度大小顺序为9^#≈10^#>11^#>12^#,撕裂强度大小顺序为10^#>9^#>11^#>12^#,耐磨耗性能大小顺序为9^#>10^#>11^#>12^#,耐疲劳性能的顺序为:10^#≈11^#>9^#>12^#,硬度大小的顺序为:10^#≈11^#≈12^#>9^#。炭黑补强天然橡胶硫化胶的耐热氧老化性能顺序为:11^#>9^#≈10^#≈12^#。11^#低温下的贮存模量高于9^#,但温度升高后两者相近。9^#和11^#的玻璃化温度基本相同,tanδ-温度曲线基本一致。In this paper,carbon black was used as reinforcing agent to reinforce natural rubber,and the properties of natural rubber before and after reinforcement were compared in order to study the influence of carbon black on the properties of each class of natural rubber.The results show that the scorch time order of carbon black reinforced natural rubber is 11^#>10^#>9^#≈12^#.the order of positive curing time is 12>^#11^#>10^#>9^#.the order of curing speed is 9^#≈10^#>11^#>12^#.The order of crosslinking density was 12^#>10^#>11^#>9^#.Hardness,tensile strength,tear strength,wear resistance of natural rubber vulcanizate reinforced by carbon black The properties and fatigue resistance increased,and the elongation at break decreased.The order of tensile strength of natural rubber vulcanizate reinforced with carbon black is 9^#≈10^#>11^#>12^#.The order of tear strength is 10^#>9^#>11^#>12^#.The order of wear resistance property is 9^#>10^#>11^#>12^#.The order of fatigue resistance is 10^#≈11^#>9^#>12^#.The order of hardness is 10^#≈11^#≈12^#>9^#.The order of heat and oxygen aging properties of natural rubber vulcanizate reinforced by carbon black is as follows:11^#>9^#≈10^#≈12^#.11^#storage at low temperature The storage modulus is higher than 9^#C,but the glass transition temperature of 9^#and 11^#is the same,and the tanδ-temperature curve is basically the same.
