摘　　要：基于价值医疗开展医院制度精细化管理,是医院发展到一定程度的必然要求。以某省级综合性三级甲等医院为例,从制度框架入手,结合制度更新、审批、发布、培训和检查等环节,对“以患者为中心”的制度精细化管理体系进行介绍。同时,分析了制度编写、制度审批与修订、制度查询、制度培训与持续改进的常见问题及解决对策,以期为公立医院制度建设提供参考。It is an inevitable trend for public hospital to develop to a certain extent to carry out the fine management of the policy based on the value medical care.Taking the provincial comprehensive tertiary first-class hospitals as an example,starting from the policy framework,combined with policy renewal,approval,publication,training and inspection,the patient-centered system refined management system was introduced.Furthermore,the common problems that indude policy preparation,policy approval and revision,policy inquiry,policy training and continuous improvement and countermeasures were analyzed,which provided evidence for the policy construction of public hospital.
