摘  要:目的了解医院质量管理组织设置、职能范围、影响因素等,为下一步工作改进提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法,从组织架构、人员结构、管理职能、工具应用与激励措施、影响因素5个方面调查医院质量管理组织结构。结果不同形式下质量管理组织人员组成以及部分管理职能比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);品管圈与追踪评价法在质量管理中应用较广泛,且95.31%的医院采取了激励措施;影响因素的重要性与现状满意度不对等。结论医院应建立结构合理、功能定位明确的质量管理组织体系,加强复合型人才培养,进一步推动质量管理信息系统建设,并积极推进质量管理工具应用。Objective To investigate the organization,scope of duties,and influencing factors of hospital quality management departments to provide reference for further work.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the status quo of hospital quality management organization from five aspects of organization,staff structure,management duty,tools application and incentive measures.Results Under the different forms of quality management organization,the differences in the staff composition and part of the management functions of quality management organizations were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality control circle and tracking evaluation method were widely used in quality management,and 95.31 percent of hospitals took relevant incentives.The importance of the influencing factors and the current status of satisfaction were not equal.Conclusion It was necessary to establish a quality management organizational system with reasonable structure and clear functional orientation,strengthening compound talent training,to promote the construction of quality management information systems and the application of quality management tools.
