摘　　要：基于访谈法、文献研究法对数据资料进行收集整理,运用SWOT分析法分析了贵州省儿童医疗服务体系面临的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战。儿童人口增加对医疗资源的需求会迅速增加。建议落实儿童医疗体系建设,加强人才培养和培训,充实儿童医疗队伍,充分发挥远程医疗作用,以促进儿童医疗服务质量提升。Based on interviews and literature research,the data were collected and sorted out,and SWOT analysis was used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats of children's medical service system in Guizhou province.The demand for medical resources increases rapidly as the population of children increases.It is suggested to implement the construction of children's medical system,strengthen personnel training,enrich children's medical team,give full play to the role of telemedicine,so as to promote the quality of children's medical service.
