五诊十纲在辨治免疫性复发性流产中的应用

摘　　要：五诊十纲理论是国医大师邓铁涛首次提出的,是对中医传统四诊八纲的补充和创新。五诊十纲将中医治未病理念与现代预防医学思想、传统宏观辨证和现代微观辨证相结合,在四诊八纲的基础上加入"查"诊和"已病、未病"辨证,形成了现代中医临床诊疗新体系。免疫性复发性流产病因复杂多变,临证时须结合查诊和已病未病辨证,利用现代科技手段早期诊断,中医辨证论治,中西医优势互补,以减少复发性流产的发生。The theory offive diagnosis and ten principles was first put forward by DENG Tietao,a master of traditional Chinese medicine.Combining the concept of preventive treatment of disease with modern preventive medicine,traditional macroscopic syndrome differentiation and modern microscopic syndrome differentiation,the new system of modern TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment is formed by adding"diagnosis and treatment"and"existing disease and non-disease"differentiation on the basis of the four diagnosis and eight principles and treatment.Autoimmune etiology of recurrent abortion is complicated,the treatment is difficult,clinical,to combine diagnosis and disease,which have not been disease differentiation,use of modern science and technology means for early diagnosis,TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation,combination of traditional and modern,the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,complementary advantages,in order to improve the clinical curative effect,reduce the occurrence of recurrent abortion.The five diagnosis and ten principles have practical guiding significance and application value for the treatment of immunological recurrent abortion with the combination of Chinese and western medicine.
