祛风止痛贴膏薄层鉴别方法的建立

摘　　要：目的研究祛风止痛贴膏的质量标准,建立祛风止痛贴膏中当归、赤芍、马钱子和麻黄4种组方药材的薄层色谱鉴别法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TCL),基于样品与标准品对照,研究了祛风止痛贴膏中成分的提取方法、展开剂、显色剂、观察方法对结果的影响,对祛风止痛贴膏中当归、赤芍、马钱子和麻黄进行定性鉴别。结果4种组方药材的薄层色谱图中,对照品、对照药材和供试品在相同位置处有相同颜色斑点,分离较好,阴性无干扰,具有较强的特异性。结论薄层色谱鉴别方法简单易行、重现性好、专属性强,结果可靠,可作为祛风止痛贴膏中当归、赤芍、马钱子和麻黄的定性鉴别方法,能为该制剂的质量控制提供依据。Objective To study the quality standards of Qufeng Zhitong plaster,a method was established for the identification of Chinese angelica,peony root,nux vomica,ephedra in Qufeng Zhitong plaster by TCL.Methods TCL was used to study the effect of extraction method,developing agent,color developing agent and observation method of Chinese angelica,peony root,nux vomica,ephedra on the results of Qufeng Zhitong plaster,based on the comparison between samples and standard materials.Results In the TLC diagrams of the four kinds of medicinal materials,the control materials,the control materials and the test materials had the same color spots in the same position,the separation was good,the negative without interference,and the specificity was strong.Conclusion The method is simple,reproducible,specific and reliable.It can be used as a qualitative identification method for Chinese angelica,peony root,nux vomica,ephedra in Qufeng Zhitong plaster,and can provide a basis for the quality control of this preparation.
