生血宝合剂对瘢痕子宫剖宫产术后宫缩痛缓解效果的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生血宝合剂缓解瘢痕子宫剖宫产术后产妇宫缩痛的临床效果。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月经剖宫产分娩的120例瘢痕子宫经产妇为研究对象,根据随机信封抽签原则分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采取常规产后护理,观察组术后除常规护理外,术后12 h产妇开始口服生血宝合剂,15 ml/次,3次/d。比较2组产妇术后12、24、36、48、60和72 h宫缩痛的VAS疼痛评分。结果观察术后12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h、60 h和72 h产妇宫缩痛的情况,显示随着时间延长,产妇剖宫产术后VAS评分持续降低。Person相关性分析显示,2组产妇产后VAS评分与时间呈负相关(P<0.01)。组间分析显示,在剖宫产术后36 h、48 h和60 h,观察组产妇宫缩痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重复检验显示,观察组和对照组产妇剖宫产术后VAS评分存在明显的统计学差异(F=6.389,P=0.013),用药时间与药物作用之间也存在交互作用(FGreenhouse-Geisser=4.190,P=0.003)。随着用药时间的延长,在术后36 h、48 h,60 h,观察组孕妇宫缩痛VAS评分较显著降低,统计学差异明显,提示随着用药时间延长,药物缓解疼痛的效果越好。结论生血宝合剂能有效地缓解瘢痕子宫剖宫产术后产妇的宫缩痛。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Shengxuebao mixture on uterine contraction pain in pluripara undergoing scar uterus cesarean section.Methods A total of 120 pluripara with scar uterus due to cesarean section who underwent cesarean section for second time in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to the random envelope lot method.The pluripara in control group received routine postpartum nursing,however,the pluripara in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by oral Shengxuebao mixture,15ml once,three times a day.The VAS pain scores of uterine contraction pain at 6h,12h,24h,36h,48h,72h after operation were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The uterine contraction pain scores at 24h,36h,48h after operation in observation group were(5.471±1.112)points,(4.123±0.993)points,(3.248±0.876)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than those[(5.871±0.929)points,(4.749±1.019)points,(3.826±1.152)points]in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengxuebao Mixture can effectively alleviate the uterine contraction pain of pluripara with scar uterus after the second cesarean section.
