摘 要:[目的]为明确水蜡叶斑病致病菌,为其防治提供依据。[方法]采用柯赫氏法则、形态学测定、r DNA-ITS序列比对鉴定,研究了致病菌的分类地位;测定了病菌对不同杀菌剂的敏感性。[结果]水蜡叶斑病致病菌是极细链格孢菌(Alternaria tenuissima),测定了病菌对12种杀菌剂的敏感性。结果表明:10%苯醚甲环唑WP、30%氟菌唑WP、125g/L氟环唑SC对菌丝的敏感性较高,EC50值分别为14.36、37.91、29.86 mg/L;对孢子的敏感性较高,EC50值分别为125.81、245.73、207.03 mg/L。[结论]明确了水蜡叶斑病致病菌种类,筛选的3种杀菌剂可有效抑制病害的发生。[Aims]This study aims to identify the pathogen causing Ligustrum obtusifolium leaf spot and to provide a scientific basis for control of the leaf spot.[Methods]Based on Koch's postulates,morphological characters and rDNA-ITS sequences analysis,taxonomic stats of pathogen and different fungicides inhibitory effect on the pathogen were tested.[Results]The results showed the pathogen was Alternaria tenuissima.The susceptibility to 12 fungicides were tested.The result showed that difenoconazole 10% WG,triflumizole 30% WP,epoxiconazole 125 g/L SC had a high inhibition activity on the mycelia growth with EC50 values of 14.36,37.91 and 29.86 mg/L respectively,and three fungicides had strong inhibitory effect on spore germination with EC50 values of 125.81,245.73,207.03 mg/L respectively.[Conclusions]The pathogen of L.obtusifolium leaf spot was identified as A.tenuissima.Three fungicides can effectively inhibit the leaf spot caused by L.obtusifolium.
