摘 要:本文基于我国农村土地市场处于初级阶段和现有土地市场存在帕累托改进的事实,提出农村土地市场改革路径设计初步构想。采用文献资料法开展研究,得出如下结论:①农村土地市场改革应遵循地价取向,使农村土地价格逐步逼近城市土地价格;②农村土地市场改革路径应为逐步开放建设用地市场→逐步开放农用地市场→建设用地、农用地自由交易市场→城乡统一的土地市场,从而实现土地资源的优化配置。Based on the fact that the rural land market in our country is in the primary stage and there is Pareto improvement in the existing land market,this paper puts forward a preliminary idea for the path design of rural land market reform.Method of documentation is used here.The results indicate that:1)the reform of rural land market should follow the orientation of land price so that the price of rural land gradually approaches that of urban land;2)the path of rural land market reform should gradually open construction land market,then rural land market,after that those two types of land could be traded freely in a unified land market,so as to realize the optimal allocation of land resources.
