摘  要:应激性胃黏膜损伤(SGML)是创伤后最常见的内脏并发症之一,束缚-浸水应激(RWIS)能在数小时内诱发胃黏膜损伤。RWIS致胃功能紊乱主要是由迷走副交感神经活动加强所致,其中延髓迷走背核与孤束核、下丘脑视上核与室旁核、丘脑背内侧核、中央杏仁核以及内侧前额皮质等均不同程度地参与了SGML的形成。P物质、乙酰胆碱、催产素等神经递质/调质均参与应激调控。本文就RWIS致大鼠胃黏膜损伤的神经机制作一综述。Stress-induced gastric mucosal lesion(SGML)is one of the most common visceral complications after trauma.Restraint water-immersion stress(RWIS)can induce gastric mucosal lesion within a few hours.It has been confirmed that hyperfunction of parasympathetic nervous system contributes to the gastric dysfunction induced by RWIS.The dorsal motor nucleus of vagus,nucleus of solitary tract,hypothalamic supraoptic nucleus,paraventricular nucleus,mediodorsal thalamic nucleus,central amygdaloid nucleus and medial prefrontal cortex are all involved in the formation of SGML.Neurotransmitter/neuromodulation such as substance P,acetylcholine,oxytocin may be involved in the physiological process.This article reviewed the nervous mechanism of gastric mucosal lesion induced by RWIS in rats.
