受限自由面宽度对爆破效果的影响分析

摘  要:为研究受限自由面宽度对爆破效果的影响,通过反复试验和计算,分析得出不同最小抵抗线w与炮孔每米装药量q随自由面宽度l0的变化规律,即当自由面宽度过小时,要使自由面充分发挥作用,最小抵抗线的最大值应小于某个临界值;当自由面宽度较大时,炮孔每米装药量趋于稳定。因此为使自由面充分发挥作用,最小抵抗线的最大值应有合理取值范围。通过试验得出,取炮孔每米装药量ql=1.4q稳定的l0值作为自由面充分发挥作用的合理取值,此项研究为工程在不同受限自由面宽度情况下的爆破提供合理的装药量参数指导。In order to study the effect of restricted free plane width on blasting effect,through trial and error,the analysis shows that different minimum resistance line w and gun hole per meter of dosing quantity q with the free face width l0 change of the law,that is,when the free face width is too narrow,to make the free face play full play,the maximum value of the minimum resistance line should be less than a critical value.When the width of the free surface is large,the amount of medicine per meter of the gun hole tends to stabilize.Therefore,in order for the free plane to play its full role,the maximum value of the minimum resistance line should have a reasonable value range.Through the experiment,it is obtained that the l0 value of the amount of the gun hole per meter of the load of the drug,ql=1.4q Stability is regarded as the reasonable value of the full swing of the free plane,and this study provides reasonable parameter guidance for the blasting of the project under different restricted free-face width.
